These terms cover your purchase and use of Make by Platform Proof (First Product & Weekend Build Kit) (make.platformproof.com), operated by Platform Proof / Alston Godbolt. Buying or using the product means you agree to them.

What you're buying

Make by Platform Proof (First Product & Weekend Build Kit) is a free product-idea tool, a $27 Weekend Build Kit, and the First Product program. You get a personal, non-transferable license to use it for yourself and your own business. You may not resell, share access to, or redistribute the product or its output as your own product.

Refunds

You may request a full refund within 24 hours of purchase, provided you have not yet accessed the product. Once access is granted (or digital delivery has begun), all sales are final. This is stated at checkout.

Your responsibilities

• Give accurate information at checkout (your access is tied to your email).
• Don't abuse, reverse-engineer, scrape, or attack the service.
• You are responsible for how you use the output in your own business.

No guarantees / limitation of liability

The product is provided "as is." We do not warrant uninterrupted service or specific results (see the Earnings Disclaimer). To the maximum extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us.

Changes

We may update the product and these terms; material changes will be posted on this page. Continued use after a change is acceptance.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, USA.
